The Blind Welfare Society is dedicated to empowering visually impaired children in India through education, care, and community support. These bright young minds may have lost their sight, but not their dreams. With a little help, they can rise above barriers and build meaningful lives. At Memorable India, we are proud to walk hand-in-hand with these children, ensuring they receive the books, clothes, food, hygiene care, and opportunities they deserve. Through your travels, you can become part of their story, helping lighten their way forward.
When you book your India Tour Packages with Memorable India, you are not just exploring the wonders of our country, you are supporting the impaired children. From every tour you book with us, we donate $5 to this cause to the Blind Welfare Society. This helps provide essential resources like school supplies, transportation, clothing, meals, and healthcare for these bright young minds. If you are visiting India and feel moved to do more, you are most welcome to donate online by clicking on the below ‘Donate Here’ button or even visit their hostel during your India tour to meet these incredible kids. Your support, big or small, can help light up their future.
This powerful quote gave me the courage to step forward and support these inspiring blind kids. It all began in 2015 when two blind girls walked into our office. They did not ask for money or food. All they said was, “Brother, can you help us with books and stationery so we can study?” That moment stopped me in my tracks. Their courage, dignity, and hunger for education lit something inside me that I will never forget.
Since then, these children have become a part of my life. We have made it our mission to support them in every way we can, be it with food, clothes, hygiene kits, study materials, etc. With every tour booked, we donate $5 to help these bright girls chase their dreams. And if you wish to do more, then click on the ‘Donate’ button, visit them personally, or just share a moment with them, you are more than welcome. Sometimes, the smallest act of kindness can create the biggest ripple.
We can’t put into words how thankful we are to Mr. Raj Kumar, Managing Director of Memorable India Journeys Pvt. Ltd., and his wonderful team. In the chill of winter, when warmth felt far away, their kindness arrived like sunshine, bringing food, clothes, and most importantly, love to our visually impaired girls. But it was not just about material support. It was about being seen, being cared for, and knowing someone out there believes in us. These acts of compassion remind us that humanity still thrives in this world. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing by us, lifting us, and reminding our girls that their dreams truly matter.
