Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrival at Ahmedabad
Guests flying in from other cities are received at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, transferred to a city hotel in Navrangpura or SG Highway, and briefed on the yatra pack, temple protocols, and dress code. Ahmedabad-resident guests skip this day and start with Day 2. Evening kept free for a Sabarmati riverfront walk or Kankaria Lake visit.

DAY 2
Ahmedabad to Dwarka
Early departure by private AC vehicle for Dwarka via Rajkot and Jamnagar, roughly 442 km and 7.5 hours on the Bhavnagar-Somnath expressway network. Break at Rajkot for lunch. Check into a Dwarka hotel near the temple bazaar. Evening at Dwarkadhish temple aarti.

DAY 3
Dwarka and Nageshwar Darshan
Morning darshan at Dwarkadhish temple, followed by a 17 km drive to the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, the first Jyotirlinga on this itinerary. Post darshan, visit Bet Dwarka and Gopi Talav. Return to Dwarka hotel by evening.

DAY 4
Dwarka to Somnath
Drive south to Somnath, 235 km and roughly 5 hours via Porbandar. En route halt at Mool Dwarka and Kirti Mandir at Porbandar. Check in to a Somnath hotel with sea view where category permits. Evening reserved for Somnath temple aarti and light-and-sound show at the temple complex.

DAY 5
Somnath to Kolkata via Mumbai
Morning darshan at Somnath, the second Jyotirlinga of this yatra. Transfer to Diu or Rajkot airport for a flight to Kolkata via Mumbai. On arrival at Kolkata, transfer to hotel near Park Street. Rest evening reserved for recovery.

DAY 6
Kolkata to Kiul by Train
Half-day Kolkata city tour covering Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge and Kalighat. Late evening train from Howrah to Kiul in air-conditioned two-tier sleeper class. Overnight on train.

DAY 7
Kiul to Baijnath and Bodhgaya
Arrive Kiul early morning, drive to Deoghar for Baidyanath Jyotirlinga darshan, the third Jyotirlinga on this route. Post darshan, drive to Bodhgaya, since Deoghar has limited hotel infrastructure. Overnight at Bodhgaya.

DAY 8
Bodhgaya to Varanasi
Morning at the Mahabodhi temple and Bodhi tree. Afternoon drive to Varanasi via NH-19. Check in at a Ganga-facing hotel in Assi or Nadesar area. Evening at Dashashwamedh Ghat for the Ganga aarti.

DAY 9
Varanasi and Kashi Vishwanath
Sunrise boat ride from Assi Ghat past Manikarnika and Harishchandra Ghats. Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath temple, the fourth Jyotirlinga on this yatra, followed by Annapurna Devi and Kaal Bhairav. Afternoon at Sarnath for the Dhamek Stupa and Deer Park. Return by evening.

DAY 10
Varanasi to Delhi
Morning at leisure or optional visit to BHU and Tulsi Manas temple. Afternoon flight to Delhi. Transfer to hotel near Aerocity. Rest evening for the Kedarnath leg ahead.

DAY 11
Delhi to Rudraprayag via Rishikesh
Early departure by private vehicle for Rudraprayag via Haridwar and Rishikesh, roughly 385 km and 9 hours on hill roads. Brief stop at Har-ki-Pauri, Haridwar. Overnight at a Rudraprayag riverside hotel.

DAY 12
Rudraprayag to Gaurikund to Kedarnath
Morning drive to Sonprayag, shared jeep to Gaurikund. Trek or pony or chopper to Kedarnath, 18 km one way. Check in at Kedarnath guesthouse. Evening Rudra Abhishek aarti at the Kedarnath shrine, the fifth Jyotirlinga on this yatra.

DAY 13
Kedarnath to Rishikesh
Sunrise darshan and trek down to Gaurikund. Hot spring bath at Gaurikund. Drive to Rishikesh for the night. Optional Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat, Rishikesh.

DAY 14
Rishikesh to Delhi
Morning at Parmarth Niketan or Beatles Ashram. Drive back to Delhi. Rest evening reserved for laundry and repacking before the central India leg.

DAY 15
Delhi to Indore
Morning flight to Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, Indore. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon drive to Omkareshwar, 78 km. Darshan at Omkareshwar temple, the sixth Jyotirlinga on this yatra, on the Mandhata island. Return to Indore for the night.

DAY 16
Indore to Ujjain to Indore
Pre-dawn drive to Ujjain for the Bhasm aarti at Mahakaleshwar temple at 4:00 am, subject to a pre-booked slot. Darshan of the seventh Jyotirlinga on this yatra. Visit Kal Bhairav, Harsiddhi and Ram Ghat. Return to Indore by evening.

DAY 17
Indore to Mumbai
Morning at leisure. Afternoon flight from Indore to Mumbai. Check in at a Mumbai hotel near the airport. Evening optional at Siddhivinayak temple or Marine Drive.

DAY 18
Mumbai to Nashik
Drive to Nashik, 165 km and roughly 4 hours. Check in and visit Trimbakeshwar temple, the eighth Jyotirlinga on this yatra, at the source of the Godavari. Evening at Kushavarta kund.

DAY 19
Nashik to Pune to Bhimashankar
Drive to Pune, then continue to Bhimashankar in the Sahyadri hills, roughly 210 km combined. Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga darshan, the ninth of the yatra, inside the wildlife sanctuary. Return to Pune for the night.

DAY 20
Pune to Aurangabad
Morning flight or drive to Aurangabad, roughly 235 km by road. Check in and afternoon at Bibi-ka-Maqbara. Rest evening for the Ellora day ahead.

DAY 21
Ellora Caves and Grishneshwar
Full day at Ellora Caves, 30 km from Aurangabad. Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga darshan, the tenth of this yatra, at Verul village next to Ellora. Return by evening.
DAY 22
Aurangabad to Hyderabad
Morning flight to Hyderabad. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon at leisure or optional visit to Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace.
DAY 23
Hyderabad to Srisailam
Drive to Srisailam, 213 km and roughly 5 hours through the Nallamala forest belt. Check in and evening aarti at the Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga temple, the eleventh Jyotirlinga on this yatra.
DAY 24
Srisailam to Hyderabad
Morning abhishekam at the Mallikarjuna shrine. Drive back to Hyderabad. Rest evening before the south leg.
DAY 25
Hyderabad to Madurai
Morning flight to Madurai. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon at Meenakshi Amman temple for the evening puja. Overnight at Madurai.
DAY 26
Madurai to Rameshwaram
Drive to Rameshwaram, 172 km and roughly 3.5 hours via the Pamban bridge. Darshan at Ramanathaswamy temple, the twelfth Jyotirlinga on this yatra. Twenty-two theertham baths inside the temple corridor. Optional Dhanushkodi visit. Overnight at Rameshwaram.
DAY 27
Rameshwaram to Chennai via Madurai
Morning Sphatika Linga darshan. Drive to Madurai for the flight to Chennai. Check in at a Chennai hotel near the airport. Evening at Marina Beach or Kapaleeshwarar temple.
DAY 28
Chennai to Ahmedabad
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to Chennai airport for the flight back to Ahmedabad, closing the yatra where it began.
