      On arrival at the Kolkata Airport, you will be greeted by a staff member of the Memorable India tours, after which you will be assisted to the hotel for an overnight stay.

      Today we tour the land of culture and history. With the morning at leisure, the afternoon will be booked for sightseeing where we visit the Victoria Memorial, Flower market near the River Hoogly, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Indian Museum. After the insightful day, we retire for an overnight stay at the hotel.

      We leave for the airport to board a flight to Guwahati. On arrival, we check into the hotel and in the afternoon, visit the Kamakhya and the Shiva Temples. We return for an overnight stay at the hotel.

      Today we explore the city of Guwahati. Known for its rich variety of flora and fauna, we visit the Forest Museum and the city Botanical Gardens and Zoo. After an adventurous day in the city, we retire for an overnight stay at the hotel.

      Guwahati - Balukphont ( Bhalukpong)

      Today we head to Balukphont, the town surrounded by lush greenery and breath – taking blue hills. We travel via road to this forest enclave situated on the banks of the river Jai Bhoroli, which is an excellent excuse for fishing. Another 7 kms away is the Tipi Orchid Centre where you can get mesmerized by the orchids that grow in the valley. We retire for an overnight stay at the hotel.

      Balukphont - Dirang

      We drive to Dirang and on the way stop at the Orchidarium to see these delicate and exotic plants at their best. The Orchid Centre has a proud collection of over 500 species of Orchids. At Dirang, we stop for an overnight stay at the hotel.

      Dirang - Tawang

      We proceed to Tawang and visit the tribal villages and the Yak Breeding Centre, en route. On arrival at Tawang we check into a hotel for an overnight stay.

      Tawang

      Today, we visit a 400 year old Buddhist Monastery, home to over 500 monks. It is also home to some priceless Buddhist scriptures. We drive to Peti Tso Lake for a breath taking view of the valley.

      Tawang - Bomdila

      We head to Bomdila, a 8500 ft mountain to meet the tribal Monpas and the Mijis and also take advantage of the mesmerizing view and beauty of the mountain top. A glittering evening awaits us in the form of a dance performance by the tribes, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

      We drive to Tezpur and tour the city sights and sounds.
