Overview

The 10 Days Nagaland Tour Package allows one to explore the cultural richness of one of the smallest but fascinating states of India, an ideal travel plan for those who desire to experience the nature, history, and indigenous people with no frills. Although the size is tiny, Nagaland is dotted with magnificent mountain scenery, for which its colorful customs and friendly locals are the two major attractions, thus making this tour one of the best choices of the Nagaland tour package.

This trip started in Kohima, stretched to the peculiar villages like Dzulakie and Khonoma, where the community’s courage and lifestyle traditions are more than 300 years old, are still maintained. While in Wokha, you will visit the villagers who live on a hill and are famous for the monoliths or Longzu. That term indicates ancient wealth and power symbols that represent tradition-guards of the region’s heritage. After that, the tour moves to Mokokchung, which is a lively center of the Naga people. This location will provide plentiful sources of the subjects’ folklore, customs, and tribal communities surrounding the villages.

Tuensang is deeply located in the highlands and is home to the forest-dwelling Naga tribes like the Changs, Sangtams, and Semas. The range of culture presented makes an already rich experience even more enjoyable. After that, Mon comes next to direct the way to the Konyak tribe, who are well known because their bodies are painted with tattoos, the use of feathers on the head for decoration, and their skills in woodwork, as well as the manufacture of traditional weapons. Tourists get the chance to view the daily life of the tribes in person and at the same time get involved with the people who are the aborigines and continue to keep alive their very old customs by celebrating them.

At the end of the trip, you will leave Nagaland and go to Assam to pay a visit to the likes of Dibrugarh and Jorhat. This offshoot marks the end of the trip nicely, with flights going back to other major Indian cities and thus enabling further travel.

The 10 Days Nagaland Tour Package is a beautiful combination of breathtaking nature at its best, preserved cultural heritage, and tribal encounters. These encounters are so genuine that they provide an unforgettable trip to the region. This tour is perfect for all history buffs and nature fans alike who might find this trip a fresh and unique way to visit the very centre of Nagaland’s longstanding customs and its majestic landscape.
