DAY 1
Arrival in Delhi, Transfer to Haridwar
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi, Transfer to Haridwar
Arrive at Delhi Airport or Railway Station from Chennai. Our representative will meet you and begin the road transfer to Haridwar. The drive passes through the Uttar Pradesh plains before entering the Shivalik foothills. On arrival in Haridwar, check in at your hotel. If time permits, attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri in the evening. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

DAY 2
Haridwar to Barkot
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot
After breakfast, depart for Barkot, the base town for the Yamunotri trek. The road climbs through the Mussoorie foothills and along the Yamuna river valley. En route, a short stop at Kempty Falls near Mussoorie offers a break from the drive. Arrive in Barkot by evening, check in, and rest. Overnight stay in Barkot.

DAY 3
Barkot to Yamunotri and back to Barkot
Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri and back to Barkot
After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point for the Yamunotri trek. The 6 km uphill trek takes approximately 4 to 5 hours on foot. Pony, palki (palanquin), and porter services are available at additional cost for those who prefer not to walk. At Yamunotri Temple, offer prayers at the shrine dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and visit the Surya Kund hot spring. Trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

DAY 4
Barkot to Uttarkashi
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi
Check out after breakfast and proceed to Uttarkashi, a major town on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Uttarkashi serves as the base for visiting Gangotri. On arrival, visit the Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple if time allows. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

DAY 5
Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back to Uttarkashi
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back to Uttarkashi
Start early and drive to Gangotri, the second dham, situated at the origin of the Bhagirathi River (which later becomes the Ganga). The drive passes through striking mountain scenery, including the Harsil Valley. At Gangotri Temple, perform puja and spend time at the riverbank. Return to Uttarkashi by evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

DAY 6
Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
This is a long but scenic drive through the heart of the Garhwal region. The road passes through several small towns, including Tilwara, Srinagar, and Rudraprayag, where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers meet. Arrive in Guptkashi by evening. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

DAY 7
Guptkashi to Kedarnath
Day 7: Guptkashi to Kedarnath
Drive to Gaurikund (or Sonprayag, depending on road conditions) and begin the trek to Kedarnath. The 16 km uphill trek is the most physically demanding part of the yatra, and most pilgrims take 6 to 8 hours to reach the top. Pony, palki, and helicopter services are available. Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, sits at an altitude of approximately 3,583 metres with the Kedar Range rising behind it. Attend the evening aarti at the temple. Overnight stay near Kedarnath (camps or basic guesthouses).

DAY 8
Kedarnath to Guptkashi
Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi
After morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, begin the trek back to Gaurikund. The downhill trek is considerably easier and takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. Drive back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

DAY 9
Guptkashi to Badrinath
Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath
Depart for Badrinath, the fourth and final dham. The route passes through Joshimath, the winter seat of Lord Badrinath. En route, you cross Nandprayag and Vishnuprayag. On arrival at Badrinath, visit Badrinath Temple for evening darshan. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and sits between the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges. Take a dip in the Tapt Kund hot spring near the temple. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

DAY 10
Badrinath sightseeing, then drive to Rudraprayag
Day 10: Badrinath sightseeing, then drive to Rudraprayag
After morning prayers and darshan at Badrinath, visit Mana Village, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border, located just 3 km from the temple. Explore Vyas Gufa (the cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata), Bhim Pul (a natural rock bridge over the Saraswati River), and the point where the Saraswati disappears underground. Begin the return drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

DAY 11
Rudraprayag to Haridwar via Rishikesh
Day 11: Rudraprayag to Haridwar via Rishikesh
Drive to Haridwar with a stop in Rishikesh to visit Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula. Spend time at the riverside ghats and explore the ashram area. Continue to Haridwar. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

DAY 12
Haridwar to Delhi
Day 12: Haridwar to Delhi
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. On arrival, transfer to Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your return journey to Chennai. Overnight stay in Delhi (if your flight or train departs the next morning).

DAY 13
Departure to Chennai
Day 13: Departure to Chennai
For travelers with early morning flights or trains, our representative will assist with the airport or station transfer. The yatra concludes here with the blessings of all four dhams.
