    Arrive Delhi

    On arrival at Delhi airport our representative will escort and assist you with hotel check-in procedures. Delhi is the capital of Indian sub-continent and is a blend of ancient and modern architecture. Delhi has served as the capital of many ruling dynasties because of its prime location. After dinner at the hotel, night spent in Delhi.

    Delhi – Pathankot by train

    After breakfast the hotel, we start touring the old part of Delhi. Our old Delhi tour will cover Jama masjid, which was constructed in the year 1656 AD by great Mughal emperor Shah Jehan. Later the day visit to Chandni Chowk. Chandni Chowk is an old market developed by Emperor Shah Jahanabad. After our trip to old Delhi, we visit prominent and famous tourist destinations in Delhi. This includes visit to Raj Ghat, India gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Qutub Minar is the tallest minaret in the world made of brick. Qutub Minar is also attributed as World Heritage site by UNESCO. After completing our Delhi trip, we leave for the railway station to board our train to Pathankot.

    Pathankot – Dharamshala (92 Kms, 3 hours)

    In the morning, on arrival at Pathankot railway station, our representative will escort and assist you with drive to Dharamshala. Dharamshala is a beautiful hill station and a major tourist destination located in Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, check-in hotel and the day is free for leisure. After dinner, night spent in Dharamshala.

    Dharamshala

    After breakfast at the hotel, commence our sight-seeing in Dharamshala. Our voyage in Dharamshala will first cover TIPA (Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts) and attend the cultural programme organised there. From TIPA we will head to Norbulingka. After our visit to Norbulingka, rest of the day is free for leisure. After dinner at hotel, night spent in Dharamshala.

    After breakfast at the hotel, our second day sight-seeing in Dharamshala includes a visit to Namgyal monastery. Namgyal monastery is re-established by fourteenth Dalai Lama. It was established by around one hundred thousand Tibetans and fifty five Namgyal monks along with new and young monks from Tibetan refugee schools.

    In the course of the day, we will visit Baijnath and Sherabling monastery. After our visit to Baijnath, we will go for sight-seeing in Mcleodganj. Mcleodganj features many monasteries, schools and temples developed by Tibetan exiles. In the evening, head back to the hotel. After dinner, night spent in Dharamshala.

    After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free for leisure and resting. You can also visit local markets for shopping experience. Later in the afternoon we drive to Pathankot railway station to board train for Delhi. Night spent on train.

    Delhi – Agra (205 Km/ 5 hours)

    In the morning after breakfast at the hotel will visit the prominent tourist destinations in Delhi. Our city tour includes Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated on 31st January 1948, India gate, which was built in the fond memory of brave soldiers who sacrificed their life in World War-I and Afghan war. The names of the soldiers are carved on the walls of India Gate. We will also visit Rashtrapati Bhawan, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar amongst other destinations. Later in the afternoon we drive to Agra. On arrival, check in hotel. After dinner, night spent in Agra.

    Agra – Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (235 Km, 5 hours)

    Early in the morning visit one of the seven new wonders of the world – Taj Mahal. The beautiful monument was constructed by great Mughal emperor Shah Jehan, in the loving memory of his wife Mumtaz. Taj Mahal is also known as an epitome of love. The monument is built in Mughal architecture with the help of white marble.
    Will return back to hotel for lunch and continue our visit to Agra fort. Agra fort is magnificently constructed by famous Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. The monument is constructed with the help of red sand stone and features many beautiful palaces including Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Nagina masjid, Sheesh Mahal and Moti masjid.
    Later the day, drive to Jaipur and en-route visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri also known as ghost capital served as the political capital for great Mughal emperor Akbar from 1571 – 1585. On arrival in Jaipur, check-in hotel. After dinner, night spent in Jaipur.

    In the morning after breakfast at the hotel, head to our sight-seeing in Jaipur. Visit to Amber fort, constructed by Raja Man Singh. Enjoy the elephant ride to reach Amber fort. The Amber fort is magnificently constructed on a hill top. Next we will visit the City palace. City place is a perfect blend of Mughal architecture with Rajasthani. The City palace attracts heavy tourist population to its seven storied building, Chandra palace. Jantar Mantar also visited in the course of the day. After dinner, night spent in hotel.
