DAY 1
Arrival in Delhi and Sightseeing
Your Golden Triangle Tour India begins as you arrive in the capital city, Delhi, where a representative from our team will warmly welcome you at the airport or railway station. You will then be assisted with your check-in at the hotel, giving you some time to relax and freshen up after your journey.
In the afternoon, your sightseeing adventure in Delhi will begin. The tour will take you to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks that reflect the grandeur of India’s history as well as its architectural brilliance. One of the first stops will be the Qutub Minar, India’s tallest stone tower, made of red sandstone and marble, which dates back to the 12th century and represents the beginning of Muslim rule in India.
Next, you will drive past the majestic Rashtrapati Bhavan, also known as the Presidential House, and admire its grand architecture from the outside. This colonial-era building is still used as the official residence of the President of India. Just nearby stands the India Gate, a war memorial built in honour of the thousands of Indian soldiers who bravely lost their lives in World War I and the Anglo-Afghan wars. The names of these soldiers are inscribed on the arch, making it a place of great national pride and remembrance.
Later, you will visit Red Fort, a symbol of India’s rich Mughal heritage and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan, the fort’s red sandstone walls and intricate architecture will leave a lasting impression. Close to the fort is Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, which showcases the beauty of Islamic architecture with its grand courtyard and marble domes.
After a day filled with exploration and culture, you can spend the evening at leisure, either resting at your hotel or enjoying a casual walk nearby to experience the local atmosphere and get a taste of Delhi’s vibrant street life.

DAY 2
Delhi to Agra
On the second day of your Golden Triangle Tour, we begin the morning with a road trip from Delhi to Agra, a city located in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The drive is around 230 kilometres and usually takes about 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic. As you travel, you will notice the scenery changing—from the busy streets of Delhi to calmer fields and small towns along the way. Once you arrive in Agra, our team will help you check in at the hotel so you can rest for a while before heading out.
In the afternoon, you will visit the famous Taj Mahal, one of the most beautiful and admired buildings in the world. It is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This white marble monument was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died while giving birth to their 14th child. It took around 22 years to complete, with the help of over 20,000 workers and craftsmen, and cost nearly 32 crore rupees at that time. The Taj Mahal is not just known for its size, but also for its fine carvings, detailed inlay work, and the way the white marble glows at different times of the day. The peaceful gardens, fountains, and its reflection in the water make the whole experience very calming and romantic.
After spending time at the Taj Mahal, the evening is free for you to explore Agra’s local markets. You can shop for beautiful marble items, leather goods, traditional jewelry, local crafts, and Agra’s special sweet called petha, which is made from ash gourd. Walking through the local markets gives you a feel of the city’s culture and lifestyle.

DAY 3
Agra to Jaipur (via Fatehpur Sikri)
After breakfast, we leave Agra and start our trip to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur is also called the Pink City. The drive is about 240 kilometres and takes around 4 to 5 hours. On the way, we stop at Fatehpur Sikri, an old town that was once the capital of Emperor Akbar.
Fatehpur Sikri is made of red stone and was built in the 1500s. The city has many big and beautiful buildings. You can see the huge Buland Darwaza gate, the quiet Tomb of Salim Chishti, the large Jama Masjid mosque, and the Panch Mahal palace with many open spaces. The city was left long ago because there was no water, but the buildings still stand and show the history of that time.
After visiting Fatehpur Sikri, we drove to Jaipur. When we reach Jaipur, you will check in at the hotel and have some time to rest. You can spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring nearby.
In the evening, if you want, you can visit Chokhi Dhani. It is a village near Jaipur that shows the real life and culture of Rajasthan. There are folk dances, puppet shows, camel rides, and local food served in a traditional way. It is a fun and colourful place to enjoy Rajasthan’s culture.
At the end of the day, you will have learned about the old history and also experienced the traditions of Rajasthan. This will be a nice start to your stay in Jaipur.

DAY 4
Jaipur
The day begins with a visit to the impressive Amber Fort. This fort, built in the 16th century, is one of the oldest and most beautiful forts in Rajasthan. It sits on a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. After exploring the fort’s grand halls, courtyards, and temples, you have the option to enjoy a traditional elephant ride up the hill to the fort’s entrance, which is a unique and memorable experience.
Next, we travel to the Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of the Breeze. This five-story palace is famous for its small windows. The design allowed royal women to observe street life and festivals outside without being seen themselves, respecting the customs of privacy at the time. The palace also lets in cool breezes, keeping it comfortable during hot days.
In the afternoon, we visit the City Palace, a royal residence that is still home to Jaipur’s royal family. Inside, you can explore the museum, which houses royal costumes, weapons, paintings, and other treasures that tell the story of Jaipur’s rich heritage. Afterward, we head to Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built in the early 18th century. It contains large instruments used to study the stars, planets, and time, showcasing the scientific knowledge of that era.
The rest of the day is left free for you to relax, shop, or explore Jaipur’s vibrant markets and streets at your own pace.
