On your arrival at the airport (or the Tourist Reception Centre if you travelled overland), you can meet one of our executives. He will guide you to the houseboat or hotel. In the afternoon, we will have Shikara ride in Dal Lake. You can have your overnight stay at the houseboat or hotel.

Today, we will start our journey early in the morning. We will have a long drive of 105 km to get to Aru. Aru is a fine-looking lush green pasture and you can observe Katrinag Mountains as background. You can spend afternoon either for leisure or short walks nearby places. Then, have an overnight stay in tents on a twin share basis.

On the 3^rd day, we will cross Lidder River which is the odd side stream. A foot bridge leads us to our campsite.

Today, you will get ample time for acclimatization. We will trek along the Lidder River on a rising and falling, occasionally steep trail. Then, trekkers can cross five tributaries of a side river next to the Gujars encampment. We will make a descent to a lush green meadow alongside the Lidder River. The trekkers can have overnight camp here. You can have a walk for acclimatization in the afternoon.

The 5^th day of our trip is packed with a lot of activities and thus an early start is vital. The trekkers can move across nomadic shepherds on the journey. The trekking becomes harder as we get closer to the glacier because the landscape turns into rough glacial moraine. You can get a amazing view of the Kolahoi Peak. Trekkers can get the best view of Kolahoi once they climb a little high on the ridge opposite. We will head back to Lidderwat via Satlanjan and you will be ecstatic by the view of splendid peak.

After breakfast, we will move to Aru. We shall get on to our chartered bus/car to drive to Srinagar. You can have an overnight stay at houseboat.
