At Srinagar you can visit Hazratbal and Shankarachaya, two of the most revered religious shrines in Kashmir. Dal lake, though not in the same historical glory, is still the most popular attraction in Kashmir valley. Couples and family can take a Shikara ride and explore the floating vegetable market. It’s a flower and bird lover’s paradise too.

Pahalgam, also known as the valley of shepherds, is famous for saffron fields & 19th century Awantipura Ruins. There are many famous shooting locales here which are among Bollywood’s favourite. There are awesome trekking routes and even the famous Amarnath Yatra starts from Pahalgam.

Similarly Gulmarg, meaning meadow of flowers, will welcome you with more lofty snow peaks and adventure lovers can enjoy ski resorts (seasonal), romantic gondola rides, beautiful golf courses and cable car rides.

Day By Day Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival at Srinagar

Upon Arrival at Srinagar Sheikh UlAlam Int’l Airport you will be met by our representative and transfer to Hotel or Houseboat for Check in. In the afternoon you take a shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens & Open Dal Lake. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinnerand overnight stay in Hotel or Houseboat.
DAY 2

Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After an early breakfast we take a morning tour of Shankaracharya Temple, It is believed that it was the place where the great philosopher and saint Shankaracharya stayed when he visited Kashmir ten centuries ago to revive Sanatan Dharma. The original ceiling was dome- shaped and the brick roof is not more than a century old. And later proceed further to Hazratbal Mosque; Situated in a village on the western shores of the Dal Lake opposite NishatBagh, it is a pristine white marble edifice casting its reflection in the waters of the lake. Unlike the other mosques in Srinagar, which have a pagoda like roof, Hazratbal is the only mosque to have a domed roof mosque in Srinagar; the others having distinct pagoda like roofs Gardens &Jamia Masjid, Situated in the heart of the old city of Srinagar, this huge mosque is visited by thousands of people who congregate here for the Friday prayers. After visiting above places we drive back to hotel or houseboat.

Later in the afternoon we take a sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens starting our visit to NishatBagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love)&Cheshmashahi(The Royal Spring). After visiting above gardens we drive back to Hotel or Houseboat. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel or Houseboat.
DAY 3

Srinagar to Pahalgam (7200 FT.) - 96 KMS / 2 to 3 Hours

After Early Breakfast we check out from our hotel or houseboat and leave for Pahalgamcalled as “Valley of Shepherds“.Enroute visiting saffron field & 19th century Awantipura Ruins. Enjoy the nature & walk around the bank of river lidder.Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Pahalgam is also famous for Indian film Industry (Bollywood). One can go for the Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Aru & Betaab Valley (On their own). Upon arrival we check in at our hotel for dinner Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 4

Pahalgam to Gulmarg (8,825 FT.) - 150 KMS / 3 to 4 Hours

Post breakfast we check out from Hotel and drive toGulmarg (8,825 Ft.) “Meadow of Flowers”.Gulmarg has a Very famous Golf Course during summer (Which is one of the highest 18- hole Golf Course in the World) And Ski resort during winter.One can have Gondola Ride (Cable Car from Gulmarg to Khilanmargon their own). Upon arrival in Gulmarg we check in at our hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 5

Gulmarg to Srinagar - 54 KMS / 1 to 02 Hour One Way

After a leisurely breakfast we check out from hotel and time at leisure in Gulmarg to explore the destination. Later we drive to Srinagar and check in at our hotel or houseboat for overnight stay. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping.
DAY 6

Depart Srinagar (Fly Out)
