Jama Masjid and Old Delhi :-

After pickup at your Delhi hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle, head with your private guide to Old Delhi, the walled part of Delhi that served as the capital of the Mughals until the end of the Mughal Dynasty. With your guide, explore the area of Ballimaaran, home to many havelis. Learn about the historical and architectural significance of these havelis, including the Ghalib Ki haveli, the mansion of influential Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib. Then, dine on a traditional spread of local Indian cuisine in Chor Bazaar, Delhi’s largest flea market where you will find both locals and visitors enjoying some recreational shopping.

After your meal, follow your guide on a walk along the narrow winding alleyways of Ballimaaran to see how modern life mixes with the ancient architecture of the area. Hear about Old Delhi’s history from your guide as you pass by renowned sites like the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Red Fort and the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India.

Finish your tour by walking the length of Chandni Chowk, a square lined with residential areas and bustling local markets selling folk crafts and authentic Indian delicacies.

Your tour ends with a private transfer back to your Delhi hotel.
