Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1
Surat to Udaipur by Overnight Train
Guests board the 22995 Surat Udaipur City Superfast at Surat Junction at 22:35. Our representative helps with platform navigation and luggage loading, staying until the train pulls out. Berths are pre blocked in AC 2 Tier or AC 3 Tier as per the quote category, with bedding provided by Indian Railways. DAY 2
Udaipur Arrival and City Palace

DAY 3
Udaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Saheliyon ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, and the vintage car museum, which houses the royal Mewar fleet including the Cadillac used in Octopussy. Afternoon visit to Jagdish Temple and Bagore ki Haveli, followed by a walking loop through Bada Bazaar for miniature paintings and Pichwai art. Optional Dharohar folk dance show at Bagore ki Haveli at 19:00 on direct payment. Lake view heritage guests get sunset from the terrace. Overnight in Udaipur.

DAY 4
Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur
Check out by 08:30 and drive to Ranakpur, roughly three hours through the Aravalli belt. Photo halt and exterior visit of the Ranakpur Jain temple with entry timings honoured. Lunch at a highway heritage stopover. Continue to Jodhpur, arriving by 18:00, with the evening free at Ghantaghar market for Marwari sweets. On days the Umaid Bhawan Palace museum wing is open, guests can add the visit before check in based on the royal family calendar, subject to same day confirmation by our Jodhpur representative. Overnight in Jodhpur.

DAY 5
Jodhpur to Jaisalmer via Mehrangarh
Morning visit to Mehrangarh Fort with a licensed guide, covering Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, and the fort ramparts with the blue city spread below. Quick stop at Jaswant Thada, the white marble cenotaph often called the Marwar Taj. Post lunch, drive to Jaisalmer, approximately five and a half hours through the Thar landscape, with one tea halt at Pokhran. Sunset arrival at the Golden City with Jaisalmer Fort glowing amber against the western sky. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

DAY 6
Jaisalmer Fort and Sam Dunes Camp
Morning walking tour of the living Jaisalmer Fort, still inhabited by roughly 3,000 residents inside its yellow sandstone walls. Continue to Patwon ki Haveli, a cluster of five merchant mansions, and Gadisar Lake for a short boat ride if water levels permit. Return for light lunch and rest. At 15:30, transfer to Sam sand dunes camp, 42 kilometres west, for a 45 minute camel ride and sunset photos. Manganiyar folk performance at 20:00, followed by a Rajasthani thali. Overnight in desert camp.

DAY 7
Jaisalmer to Pushkar via Bikaner Bypass
Early breakfast at camp, drive back to Jaisalmer, and continue to Pushkar via the Bikaner bypass, a long transit day of roughly nine hours with a lunch halt at Phalodi. The route runs through open Thar country with occasional windmill belts and small dhaba stops for tea. Evening arrival at Pushkar, followed by a short walk to Brahma Temple, one of the few dedicated Brahma shrines in India, and the Pushkar Lake ghats for the evening aarti. Overnight in Pushkar.

DAY 8
Pushkar to Jaipur and Fly Back to Surat
Morning drive to Jaipur, approximately three hours on the newly widened NH 448 corridor. Quick photo halts at Jal Mahal in the middle of Man Sagar Lake and the pink Hawa Mahal facade. Half day sightseeing at Amber Fort with a licensed guide, covering Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, and Diwan i Aam, with optional jeep ride to the fort entrance. Late lunch at a Jaipur heritage haveli with a Rajasthani thali. Airport transfer for the evening flight to Surat via Mumbai or Ahmedabad. Tour concludes.
