Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1
Mumbai to Udaipur
The morning IndiGo, Air India, or Vistara sector out of Mumbai Terminal 2 lands at Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport inside ninety minutes. Baggage clears quickly at UDR and a private vehicle waits kerbside for the twenty five minute transfer to the hotel on the Fatehsagar or Lake Pichola side. The afternoon stays unplanned for a slow rooftop lunch overlooking the lake. Late afternoon, walk to Ambrai Ghat for the first sunset with the City Palace lit in amber. Dinner at Ambrai. Overnight in Udaipur.

DAY 2
Udaipur Sightseeing
The day starts at City Palace with a licensed guide, moving through the Crystal Gallery, Zenana Mahal, Mor Chowk, and the small Government Museum inside the palace. Walk to Jagdish Chowk for a Rajasthani thali at Natraj or a lighter meal at Cafe Edelweiss. The afternoon covers Saheliyon ki Bari, the vintage car museum with cars from the royal Mewar collection, and closes with a Lake Pichola boat ride at golden hour and a Jag Mandir stopover. Overnight in Udaipur.

DAY 3
Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur
An early departure heads north west through the Aravalli foothills. Ranakpur’s Chaumukha marble temple with 1,444 pillars, no two carved alike, is the mid route stop and clears inside ninety minutes with the temple’s own guide. Lunch at a roadside heritage property, then onwards to Jodhpur. Check in at a haveli style hotel near the clock tower, and take an evening walk through Ghanta Ghar market for street mirchi vadas and lassi at Shri Mishrilal. Overnight in Jodhpur.

DAY 4
Jodhpur Sightseeing
Mehrangarh Fort opens at 9 a.m. and is best cleared before the tour bus wave arrives. The guide led tour covers Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Moti Mahal, and the audio circuit along the ramparts with sweeping views of the blue city below. Jaswant Thada cenotaph and a photo stop at the Umaid Bhawan Palace museum close the day. Keep the evening free for the blue city lanes below the fort with tea at a rooftop cafe. Overnight in Jodhpur.

DAY 5
Jodhpur to Jaisalmer
A long drive west, roughly 285 kilometres and six hours on the recently upgraded NH125. Osian Sachiya Mata temple, a 1,200 year old complex with intricate carvings, is the mid route stop, with lunch at a Thar edge dhaba near Phalodi. The landscape shifts to pure Thar past Osian, with khejri trees, salt flats, and windmills against the horizon. Reach Jaisalmer by evening, check in at a fort view property, and catch sunset from the fort rampart. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

DAY 6
Jaisalmer Sightseeing and Sam Desert Camp
The morning covers Jaisalmer Fort, a rare living fort with three thousand residents still inside the walls, along with Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmalji ki Haveli, and Salim Singh ki Haveli. Lunch at a fort rooftop cafe. A mid afternoon transfer to Sam sand dunes, 42 kilometres out, sets up the desert night with a camel ride at sunset, folk music and Kalbelia dance around the bonfire, and a Rajasthani thali under open sky. Overnight at the Sam desert camp.

DAY 7
Jaisalmer to Pushkar
A long transfer east, roughly 490 kilometres across ten hours, making this the toughest driving day of the itinerary. The vehicle is set up with rest halts every two hours, chilled water and packed breakfast on board, and lunch at a heritage highway property near Pokhran. Families with seniors or young children often swap this leg for a train segment, which can be arranged during booking. Arrival at Pushkar by evening, check in at a lakeside property, and walk to the ghats for evening aarti. Overnight in Pushkar.

DAY 8
Pushkar to Jaipur
The morning is spent at Pushkar Lake, the fifty two ghats, and the Brahma temple circuit, one of the few dedicated Brahma shrines in India. Post lunch departure for the short drive to Jaipur, 150 kilometres and roughly three hours via Kishangarh, with a tea halt at a highway property along the way. Arrival at Jaipur by evening, followed by free time on Bapu Bazaar for block print textiles or MI Road for a formal dinner at a rooftop restaurant. Overnight in Jaipur.

DAY 9
Jaipur Sightseeing
Amber Fort in the morning with a jeep transfer up the ramp, followed by a guide led walk through Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, Diwan i Aam, and Sukh Niwas. Jal Mahal photo halt on the return, then Jantar Mantar with a proper walkthrough of the 18th century instruments including the Samrat Yantra sundial. Post lunch covers City Palace with Chandra Mahal viewing and the Mubarak Mahal textile gallery. Hawa Mahal at golden hour from Wind View Cafe. Overnight in Jaipur.

DAY 10
Jaipur to Mumbai
The morning stays free until the transfer to Jaipur airport for the return sector. IndiGo, Air India, and Vistara operate direct flights of roughly ninety five minutes to Mumbai Terminal 2. Use the free window for a last coffee at the hotel, a quick stop at Anokhi or Jaipur Modern for takeaway textiles, or a light breakfast before departure. Our driver assists with kerbside drop, hands over GST invoices if requested, and the tour formally concludes on boarding. End of tour.

How to Book
Booking a rajasthan trip from Mumbai with Memorable India is designed to take three conversations, not thirty emails. The first is a scoping call where the operations desk reviews travel dates, group size, hotel category, and departure city, then confirms whether the standard nine-night frame or a customised variant fits your window. The second exchange is a written proposal with a full rajasthan trip from Mumbai itinerary and cost breakdown: hotel names, vehicle type, guide list, and flight sector estimates. The third step is confirmation, where a twenty-five percent booking amount holds all inventory and the balance clears seven days before departure.
You can book rajasthan trip from Mumbai online through the enquiry form on our website, call the reservations line during business hours, or WhatsApp the desk for a same-day response.
