Day By Day Itinerary

DAY 1
Nameri - Arrival, Welcome Ceremony
Upon arrival at Guwahati there is a brief welcome ceremony. After lunch, we drive to Nameri National Park, around 208km away, which is home to four rare wild cats. We will spend the night at a tented accommodation provided inside the park.

DAY 2
Nameri - Elephant Ride, Angling, And Nature
Today, we start early with an elephant ride in the park. Lunch is by the river side. It is followed by rafting down and fishing in the Jia Bhoroli River. We return to the camp to spend the night.

DAY 3
Nameri - Orchidarrium, Rafting, Angling
We drive to Bhalukpang, which is the entry point to western Arunachal Pradesh. We visit the Tipi Orchid Research Centre, where 7,500 different Orchids grow in a glasshouse. We return to the camp for another round of rafting and fishing. We spend the night at the camp.

DAY 4
Kaziranga - Brahmaputra river, Kaziranga national park
We leave early for Tezpur (38km) and have breakfast at the Cole Park. We then leave for Kaziranga national park (120km), stopping en-route at Agnigarh and then crossing the Kaliabhomora Bridge across the Brahmaputra River. We spend the night at a tourist lodge.

DAY 5
Kaziranga - Elephant Safari, Rhino
Early in the morning, we explore the central area of the park on the back of an elephant. It is home to the one horned rhino and other rare species in the animal and bird kingdom. After lunch we tour the central area of the reserve on the jeep. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the park. We spend the night at the tourist lodge.

DAY 6
Kaziranga - Jeep Safari, Rhino, And Tea Estate
We visit a tea estate and a tribal village to peek into the lifestyle of the villagers. After breakfast we take a jeep safari through the eastern range of the park with a packed lunch. We spend the day exploring and the night at the tourist lodge.

DAY 7
Dibrugarh - Tea Estates, Scenic drive
We start early for Dibrugarh (230km), which is the centre for the Assam tea. Lodging is at a host bungalow, where seated on the veranda you can enjoy a hot cup of tea.

DAY 8
Namdapha - National park
After breakfast we visit a tea factory to see how tea is blended. We then leave for Namdapha (200km) and have lunch en route at Tinsukia. We spend the night at camp Namdapha.

DAY 9
Namdapha - Wild life, Nature
We start early with an elephant ride to experience the wilderness. We spend the afternoon practicing fishing and spend the night at the camp.

DAY 10
Departure: Farewell
We leave for Dibrugarh airport where we bid you farewell and a safe onward journey.
