“ The organization of the trip was excellent. Staff was very friendly and courteous, specially the drivers; Rakesh and Dev Raj. Guide Orm Prakash was exceptional and Raju was good. Cars were comfortable and some of the hotels were excellent. Lotus Nikko hotes were below our expectations. Silver fern hotel in Delhi was bit of a disappointment although the staff was very good. If we come again we would like to have better hotels in those places. We have said this not to criticize but to give you our honest idea to improve. Overall we are very happy and satisfied the way we were treated, and the way the tour was conducted. If we decide to come again most certainly we will contact you and we will recommend you to anybody without any hesitation. We wish you all the very best and hope to see you in the future.
