Day 01: Arrive Guwahati
You can meet one of our representatives once you arrive at Guwahati railway station or airport. They will take you to the hotel. Get refreshed and we will visit Kamakhya Devi temple in the afternoon.
Back to the hotel an overnight stay in the evening.
Day 02: Guwahati - Bomdila
On 2nd day, we will trip to Bomdila after breakfast. We will visit one of Asia's biggest Orchidium in Bhalukpong on the way. The main specialty of Orchidium is that it houses more than 450 rare orchids out of 1000 found in India. Then, we will carry on to Bomdila.
You can check into the hotel after reaching Bomdila. Then, have an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Bomdila - Dirang - Bomdila
On the 3rd day of our Arunachal Tribal Tour, we will visit the Monpa and they have a very close resemblance with the Sharchops of Bhutan. Their language is unique and belongs to the Tibeto-Burman family. You can find some expert wood carvers here. The main features of Monpa are that they are well-known for wood carving, Thangka painting, carpet making and weaving. They used to produce paper from the pulp of the local sukso tree. The Monpa are distinguished for their artistry in Thangka painting, weaving carpets and clothes. Their dress code is pleasing to eyes. They used to dress colorfully with thick blankets and jackets. Most of their clothing is made from yaks' fur. The Monpa culture, food and clothing are banked on yaks.
We will return to Bomdila in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Bomdila
Today, it is planned to trip to the villages of Miji Tribal and we will go there immediately after the breakfast. You can see the conventional dress of Miji women that include an ankle-length white garment with a skillfully adorned red jacket. The Miji people used to wear silver ornaments and necklaces. They used to have some most celebrated festivals and Khan is one of them. Khan is a time for gathering with the local community.
We will also visit the Bomdila Monastery and tribal market afternoon. The Bomdila Monastery is a good attraction of Bomdila and it is house to Buddhist Monks and Lamas. The Bomdila Monastery is an exact copy of Tsona Gontse Monastery.
Then, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Bomdila - Itanagar
Today, we will move to Itanagar after breakfast. You can transfer to the hotel once reaching here. You have the chance to visit the local market in the evening.
Then, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 06: Itanagar - Ziro
On the 6th day of our Arunachal Tribal Tour, we will go to Ziro after breakfast. The tourists will have the chance to visit the Nishi Tribal villages on the way. The Nishi are largest groups and they can be easily identified by means of dress. Men used to make their hair long and knot it in just above the forehead. Men also wear cane bands around their waist and a cane cap on his head, a smoking pipe in his mouth and a long bladed knife. The Nishi are proud of their race and tradition. The Nishi tribes are having a fondness for hunting and fishing.
Afterward, we will go back to Ziro. You can check into the hotel / guest house once you reach there. Then, have a peaceful overnight stay in Ziro.
Day 07: Ziro
On the 7th day of our trip, we will go to the Apatani tribal villages' for a full day excursion. It offers the visitors a chance to look at their art, culture and way of life. The Apatani tribes are renowned superior cultivators. They practice both wet and terrace farming. It's so pleasing to eyes to see their popular paddy cum fish culture. This tribal group is well settled agriculturists and more focused on their economy than any other tribes. Old men used to tie the hair in top-knots and wear tattoo on the faces. Older Apatani women also wear circular nose plugs and tattoo on faces. But, younger generations of Apatani men and women have stopped this practice.
Afterward, we will go back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 08: Ziro - Daporijo
On the 8th day of our tour we will go to Daporijo after breakfast. The tourists can visit the villages of Tagin and Hill Miri villages on the way to Daporijo.
Hill Miri tribes speak the Miri language and around 10,000 people in the hilly area of central Arunachal Pradesh use this language. Hill Miri is widely spoken, but school-age generation of children has neglected to speak the language in some villages. So, the future of the Miri language is in danger. The Miri language has turned out to be an endangered language in many areas.
Then we will move back to Daporijo. You can check into the hotel once you arrive here. You will get an opportunity to travel around the local market in the evening.
Then, have a night stay at the hotel.
Day 09: Daporijo - Along
On the 9th day of our trip, we will visit the villages of the Tagin Tribe after the breakfast. The tourists will get a good chance to be introduced to the Tagin Tribes unique culture and way of living. You can also watch some excellent scenic places over here.
Afterward, we will go to Along. You can check into the hotel once we reach here. Then, have a calm night stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Along - Pasighat
On the 10th day of our journey, we will be going to Pasighat after breakfast. The tourists will be given the chance to explore the villages of Adi Gallong & Adi Minyong on the way to Pasighat. You can see the sights of the Daying Ering Memorial Wildlife Sanctuary which is packed with migratory birds from Siberia and Mongolia.
Then, we will return to Pasighat. You can check into the hotel once we reach here. Then, enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Pasighat - Dibrugarh
Today, we will move to Dibrugarh after breakfast. We will go to the boat point and we will take a boat to Dibrugarh. You can see the mighty river Brahmaputra during boat journey.
Then, Check in Hotel Little Palace. Have a good overnight stay.
Day 12: Dibrugarh - Departure
On the last day of our tour, we will move to the airport to go your home.
